Community Guidelines

These are the conduct rules already written in the LearnlyPro Terms and Conditions, restated in short form, with the section they come from. If this page and the Terms differ, the Terms apply.

Child safety

A person under 16 does not hold their own master account. A parent or legal guardian holds the account, and the child's learning sits on a sub-profile under that adult (Terms §3). Action that harms a child is prohibited. It can close the account and be referred to law enforcement (Terms §6.2 and Terms §10.1).

No off-platform contact or lead siphoning

Academy leads, students, and payments stay on LearnlyPro. Sharing a phone number, email, social handle, or payment link in order to take a class or a fee outside the platform is prohibited (Terms §4.3, Terms §6.1, and Terms §8).

Respectful conduct

Harassment, hate, sexual content, and violence are prohibited in class and in messages. Teachers keep a professional setting: calm camera conduct, a quiet room, and respectful behaviour (Terms §6.2 and Terms §12.3).

Recording

Joining a live class is agreement that the class may be recorded (Terms §6.3). How long a recording is kept is in Terms §6.4: within 1 hour on our server when the academy has not connected Google Drive, or the latest 100 recordings in the academy's Google Drive when it has.
