Set each teacher's salary: fixed monthly, per class, per student or a % of fees collected, plus allowances. At month end LearnlyPro works out pay from the classes actually completed; the admin approves it, marks it paid and attaches the slip. Teachers see their own earnings and payslips. Record academy expenses too, and see a simple monthly profit and loss.
