Class notes

After each class, the teacher writes a short note for each student: today's topic, whether it was done, partly done or needs repeating, understanding from 1 to 5 stars, and the next plan, so everyone knows where to continue. They can add a voice note too. Parents see the notes on the timeline, the weekly summary and the monthly PDF. Before the next class, the teacher sees the last lesson card.

How it works

  1. After class, the teacher opens the note for each student.
  2. They write the topic and mark it done, partial or repeat.
  3. They give understanding stars (1–5) and write where to continue next time. A voice note is optional.
  4. Parents see it on the timeline, weekly summary and monthly PDF. A 'done' note ticks the syllabus topic.

What you get

  • The next class starts from the right place.
  • Parents know what was taught without asking.
