Create invoices for each family, and LearnlyPro emails them, reminds parents 2 days before the due date and flags overdue ones. Parents pay online by card, or upload a bank or wallet transfer slip that the admin verifies in one click. A receipt goes out either way. The money goes to the academy's own account, which the academy saves in LearnlyPro. You set your own fees.
