Parent privacy controls
Parents decide, with simple tick boxes, whether an academy may see their phone number, email and other details; all are off until they tick them. Teachers never see family phone numbers or emails in LearnlyPro. Parents also choose whether their child's camera can be used and recorded; without that, the child's camera stays off.
How it works
- The parent opens the privacy choices for each academy.
- They tick what that academy may see. Everything starts switched off.
- Teachers see the student in class, never a phone number or email.
- The parent also chooses camera and recording consent for each child.
What you get
- Families decide what is shared.
- Teachers cannot build a private contact list of your families.
- A child's camera stays off without the parent's consent.
